Priority Consideration for Euro Kids Graduates

To ensure seamless educational progression and continuity, Euro School Chhauni grants priority consideration for admission to students who have successfully completed their entire kindergarten program (e.g., Nursery, LKG, UKG) at Euro Kids.

Rationale

This priority status is designed to facilitate a hassle-free continuity of education for students already familiar with our system, curriculum approach, and pedagogical environment, minimizing adjustment challenges during the transition to primary school.

Implementation

While priority is granted, the final admission offer is still contingent upon space availability and alignment with the school's general admission criteria.

Non-Tolerance of Violations

Euro School operates a zero-tolerance policy concerning any action, behavior, statement, or refusal by a prospective or current student, parent, or guardian that violates or undermines this commitment to diversity. Such violations may result in the immediate rejection of an application or, for current families, disciplinary action up to and including withdrawal of enrollment.

Non-Refundable Fees Policy

The school operates a strict no-refund policy concerning all financial transactions related to admission and enrollment.

Applicable Fees

This policy specifically applies to, but is not limited to, Application Fees, Registration Fees, Admission Fees, and the initial deposit of Tuition Fees.

Conditions

All deposited admission-related fees are considered non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

A change of mind or decision by the parent/guardian.
A student’s failure to join the school after the offer is accepted.
Subsequent withdrawal of the student from the school.

ADmission Timeline

February to March*

(For Grade 1 Students)

*Admission is strictly based on a first-come, first-served policy. If all available seats are reserved by eligible candidates before the end of March, the admission timeline will be shortened, and the process will close immediately.

Initial Inquiry and Visit

Call us at 01-5902968 or 5902952 to arrange a school tour. This visit is essential for parents to understand the School environment and assess its suitability for their child's needs.

Application Collection/Submission

Forms are available for collection at the school reception. You may also submit an application online via our official website: www.eschhauni.edu.np

Document Submission

The filled application form must be submitted at the School office, accompanied by the following required documents: Copies of the child's Birth Certificate and Health Certificate, 3 passport-sized photographs of the child and 1 passport-sized photograph of the parents/guardians.

Assessment and Interview

An appointment will be set for a formal assessment test for the applicant child, along with an interview involving the child and their parents/guardians.

Notification of Acceptance

Parents/guardians will be formally notified of the child's acceptance via email or telephone call.

Enrollment and Fee Payment

Upon acceptance, the administration will issue the Admission Toolkit, which includes the code of conduct, necessary enrollment documents, and details for fee deposits. Crucially: Full payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the offer. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the offer being withdrawn and the child's place being offered to the next candidate.

Mandatory Orientation

Parents/guardians are mandatorily required to attend an orientation session. This meeting covers essential child care policies and ensures a clear understanding of the School’s commitment to 'Happy Learning!

Entrance and Interview

For students applying to Grade 1, the following assessment process will be conducted:

Placement Assessment

The child will undergo a placement assessment designed to evaluate their current readiness and foundational skills, ensuring they can seamlessly transition into the Grade 1 curriculum.

Parent-Child Interaction

This assessment is immediately followed by a brief, focused interaction session involving the child and their parents/guardians. The primary goal of this session is to understand the child’s learning style, behavior, and the alignment of parental expectations with the Euro School’s educational philosophy.
